Mindful is designed to work entirely on your device. We collect minimal information:
- Data stored locally on your device: Session history, mood check-ins, streaks, and preferences are saved on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
- No account required: Mindful does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or any identifying information
- Location data
- Health or medical data
- Contacts, photos, or other device content
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
3. In-App Purchases

4. Third-Party Services
Mindful does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with any third party.

Mindful is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
6. Data Security
Because all data remains on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including passcode and Face ID/Touch ID encryption. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.
